Refund policy
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Opened or used makeup is generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons, should a defect on the product be detected upon receipt of the products, GBL Cosmetics GmbH must be informed in writing within four days at hello@giselebeautylab.com please state the order number and where applicable attach some images of the product for an initial assessment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and must be returned in its original packaging with sufficient postage. You will also need the order number and proof of purchase. Products are eligible for a return only prior written approval from GBL Cosmetics GmbH.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return in writing will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Upon receiving the return, should the defect be recognized by GBL Cosmetics GmbH, the choice to exchange the product or refund the sales price per proof of payment is at GBL Cosmetics GmbH discretion, further claims are excluded.
Further claims for compensation, damages and consequential damages that may arise in connection with the use of our products, the consequences of improper handling or damage by the customer or third parties, defects attributable to external circumstances, wear and tear, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Should our inspections show that the goods have no detectable defects, we may charge the customer for the expenses, the return shipment and/or disposal.
