Shipping policy

Delivery within Switzerland We ship all orders exclusively within Switzerland. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days via Swiss Post.

Order Processing Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM (CET) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
